Who We Are

Jamie has a full CV of adventure and achievement, inclusive of being a young professional footballer. With extensive experience in SEN, Education, Alternative Provision, Secure Units and HMP Prison Service, Jamie has a unique way of connecting with everyone that he comes into contact with. Jamie always finds a way of inspiring others, believing in them, even when they don't believe in themselves. Jamie set up Turn2 Mentoring in 2020 creating change to the lives of children and young people with SEND needs, reducing inequalities within serving areas of Bristol.

Angela is a highly successful Therapeutic Practitioner qualified in Psychology and Counselling. With over 25 years experience within SEN, Education and Pastoral roles, Angela is passionate about and committed to supporting children and young people, staff and other adults to understand and respond to emotional distress and regulation. Supporting positive change in behaviour that enables emotional resilience and personal growth. 

Natalie has over 15 years within the field of Education, SEN and Early Years Management. Natalie holds a BA Hons Degree in Education and has a passion for projects that enable positive change. Natalie's past experience has led her through initiatives developing Community and Family Engagement, Education Welfare and Attendance Matters. Natalie is also EBSA trained creating and supporting reintegration programmes to education for children and young people. 

Matt has over 20 years experience in Health and Social Care, operating his own Residential Care Home for adults with profound learning difficulties and disabilities. Matt has served in the British Army Parachute Regiment, serving in France, Ukraine and Northern Ireland. Matt has an extensive skill set inclusive of climbing with the ability to support technical competence for up to two climbers as well as a qualification in Welding and Fabrication.
